About the role:

As the Director of Sales and Account Management, you will own the entire sales cycle, leveraging your expertise in enterprise SaaS solutions to identify opportunities, forge relationships, and close deals with Fortune 500 companies. You will also be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business. A deep understanding of MarTech technologies and an ability to navigate complex organizational structures are essential. Additionally, the role will require a hands-on approach to expanding Idomoo’s footprint in the AI-driven customer engagement space. You will be part of an elite and professional team that succeeds through collaboration, tenacity, and constant improvement!

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute strategies to close net-new enterprise clients across a wide range of industries, focusing on Personalized Video and AI-powered video solutions for customer engagement.
    • Use your creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new market segments.
  • Account Management:
    • Foster and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients’ needs.
    • Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • AI and Personalization Evangelism:
    • Position Idomoo as a leader in AI-driven video personalization by articulating the value of the platform to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
    • Stay ahead of market trends and translate customer challenges into scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration and Enablement:
    • Partner with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
    • Work closely with Project Managers and CSMs to deliver a top notch client experience.
  • Metrics and Targets:
    • Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets and growth objectives.
    • Monitor and report on pipeline development, sales activities, and deal progression.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS, MarTech, and/or AI-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of above target performance in a complex solution sale (six- and seven-figure deals), especially in a startup environment.
  • Experience in selling to a broad range of industries (financial services, technology, healthcare, travel, insurance etc).
  • Established network of senior-level Marketing Professionals at Fortune 1000 companies (a plus).
