Full Stack Developer – Web Team

We seek a highly motivated and talented Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial team. The Role

• Collaborate with a highly skilled, distributed team to design and develop the next generation of products and features for our AI-powered video platform.
• Build, maintain and optimise front-end and back-end applications using cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Drive team growth by contributing to technical and organisational improvements, including process enhancements and infrastructure upgrades.
• Take an active role in architectural and implementation decisions, participating in design reviews for features and components.
• Work autonomously, owning tasks end-to-end — from requirements gathering to final implementation across all development phases.

Your Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience designing, building and maintaining high-scale web applications.
• A fast problem solver, self-learner, and independent worker.
• Deep understanding of web front-end and back-end technologies with great analytical skills.
• Excellent JavaScript proficiency — a must.
• Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development — a must.
• High Node.js proficiency for complex, high-scale applications — a must.
• Python knowledge — a plus.
• Proficiency in the Vue.js framework — a plus.
• Experience with NoSQL databases — a plus.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
