We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Administrator to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and enterprising team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing company. solve IT Issues and monitor our system. You will be providing Idomoo’s first tier support and work with our different global teams.

What will you do?

• Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Managing ticketing systems such as (Freshworks/mojo helpdesk)
• Providing technical support to company employees.
• onboarding/offboarding of users.
• Testing new technologies and implementing new services.

Your Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Office and Production IT.
• Previous experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu/AWS Linux)
• Familiarity with AWS/EC2 infrastructure solutions or similar AWS solutions.
• Familiar with Google Workspace admin.
• Customer Service Oriented.
• Good understanding of network (TCP/IP) – managing Fortinet FW
• Previous experience with Mac OS and Windows endpoints.
• Excellent English Speaker.
• Code and Scripting languages – Python, bash etc – An advantage.
• Self learning ability.
